尊敬的     先生（女士）臺(tái)鑒：

習(xí)近平總書(shū)記指出：“我國(guó)古代史、近代史、現(xiàn)代史構(gòu)成了中華民族的豐富歷史畫(huà)卷”（2018年6月13日）；“中華民族5000多年文明史，中國(guó)人民近代以來(lái)170多年斗爭(zhēng)史，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨90多年奮斗史，中華人民共和國(guó)60多年發(fā)展史，改革開(kāi)放30多年探索史，這些歷史一脈相承，不可割裂?！保?014年4月1日）。中華民國(guó)是距離當(dāng)代中國(guó)最近的歷史時(shí)空，是中華民族在近代由沉淪到崛起的重要?dú)v史階段，這一時(shí)期在馬克思主義指導(dǎo)下的，具有強(qiáng)大的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)、理論優(yōu)勢(shì)、實(shí)踐優(yōu)勢(shì)和素養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨最終擔(dān)當(dāng)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)人民實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興的光榮使命和神圣職責(zé)。由此決定了中華民國(guó)史研究對(duì)于全面、系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)中華民族為實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興的長(zhǎng)期奮斗與曲折征程具有重要的理論價(jià)值與學(xué)術(shù)意義。

2023年適逢教育部重點(diǎn)研究基地南京大學(xué)中華民國(guó)史研究中心成立三十周年，為系統(tǒng)梳理與深刻檢討民國(guó)史研究的既有成效，更新學(xué)術(shù)理路，提升服務(wù)“四史”學(xué)習(xí)宣傳功能，經(jīng)研究決定于2023年10月26-28日在南京舉辦“中華民族復(fù)興視域下的民國(guó)史研究”國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)，并向國(guó)內(nèi)外征稿三十篇。熱烈歡迎學(xué)界同道踴躍參與，共襄盛舉。

現(xiàn)將相關(guān)事宜說(shuō)明于下：

一、主要議題：

1、中華民族復(fù)興視域下的民國(guó)專(zhuān)題史研究；

2、民國(guó)史研究學(xué)科定位與理論研判；

3、國(guó)際民國(guó)史研究新進(jìn)展；

4、新材料與民國(guó)史研究；

5、民國(guó)史研究中跨學(xué)科理論與方法；

6、其他民國(guó)史重要議題。

二、文章格式：參照《歷史研究》的規(guī)范。

三、文章篇幅：不限。

四、文章語(yǔ)言：中文、英文。

“Studieson the History of Republican China from the Perspective of Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation & the 30^th Anniversary of the Center for the Historyof Republican China, NanjingUniversity"

DearMr. (Ms.)         ：

The Republic ofChina was the first state power of its kind in Chinese history to practice arepublican system of government; it played an important role in the Chinesedevelopment of self-reliance and self-improvement in the 20^th century,which was also a critical historical link between past and future during therejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The historical theme throughout the periodof the Republic of China is to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinesenation.

Since the OpiumWar, the Chinese nation had been confronted with two major historical missions:1) to achieve national independence and people's liberation, and 2) to makeChina prosperous and strong, and to achieve people’s common prosperity.Considering that the former is a prerequisite for the latter, it is of greattheoretical value and academic significance to study the history of theRepublic of China for the comprehensive and systematic understanding of thetortuous course of the long struggle of the Chinese nation to realize its greatrejuvenation.

Since 1984,Nanjing University has held six international academic conferences on thehistory of the Republic of China. The year 2023 coincides with the 30^th Anniversary of the Center for History of RepublicanChina, Nanjing University--a key research base of the Ministry of Education of thePeople’s Republic of China. The Center plans to hold the 7^th internationalacademic conference in Nanjing from 26^th to 28^th October,2023, to comprehensively review the existing progress as well as exchangefindings on recent advances in the studies on the History ofRepublican China from the Perspective of Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation.

By this letter,we would like to cordially invite 30 papers related to the History ofRepublican China, and look forward to attendance of scholars from the wholeworld to this conference.
